Position Summary:
⢠Provides leadership to the sales team.
⢠Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
⢠Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
Essential Duties:
⢠Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
⢠Meeting planned sales goals.
⢠Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
⢠Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
⢠Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
⢠Lead generation.
⢠The ongoing training of your salespeople.
⢠Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
⢠Promoting the organization and products.
⢠Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Minimum Qualifications:
⢠Bachelorâs degree in business or related field.
⢠Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. (At least 5 years)
⢠Experience in customer relationship management. (At least 5 years)
⢠Experience managing and directing a sales team. (At least 3 years)
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Dedication to providing great customer service.
⢠Ability to lead a sales team.
⢠Experience in selling automotive and motorcycle tires, batteries and oils.
⢠Preferably from Davao.
⢠With a valid driverâs license.
