    Job Purpose

    We are looking for an Associate Developer (Power Platform & SharePoint) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This role will support the delivery of scalable, secure, and user‑focused solutions by integrating existing systems and third‑party applications, while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement of platforms.

    You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and international counterparts to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Solutions Design & Delivery

    • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
    • Design, develop, implement, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint solutions
    • Estimate effort, costs, benefits, and potential impacts related to performance and security
    • Translate business requirements into aligned technical designs and solution architectures
    • Lead and support solution delivery using Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
    • Collaborate with development teams to enhance existing solutions or build new ones
    • Review solution designs and provide guidance on resolving defects and technical issues
    • Track user feedback to ensure solutions meet business expectations

    Knowledge Management

    • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation such as:
    1. Requirements Definition Documents (RDD)
    2. Solution Design Documents (SDD)
    3. Security and transition or maintenance documentation
    • Ensure platform and technical documentation remains accurate and up to date
    • Continuous Improvement & Compliance
    • Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and recommend enhancements
    • Review current architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
    • Conduct system and security assessments to ensure compliance with security frameworks and data protection requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
    • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and SharePoint (development, architecture, rollout, maintenance, migration)
    • Strong hands‑on experience designing and architecting customized solutions

    Proficiency in:

    1. Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
    2. SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)
    3. Server‑side and client‑side development models

    Experience with:

    • .NET and C# programming
    • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL
    • Modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, jQuery)

    Preferred

    • Experience with Agile and product‑based delivery models
    • Background in solution or enterprise architecture
    • Experience in requirements analysis and business process improvement
    • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multicultural, multi‑level teams
