Job Description

As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will work onsite to support the adoption and optimization of AI-powered tools across operations. You'll identify use cases, validate AI outputs, improve workflows, and enable teams through training and documentation-while promoting responsible AI usage, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across business processes.

The Qualifications We Seek

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, automation delivery, technology implementation, or operations support
• Basic understanding of AI and automation concepts
• Experience validating outputs, troubleshooting issues, or supporting digital workflows
• Exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, or Databricks
• Experience with Agile delivery, UAT, or change management
• Background in data analysis, process mapping, or QA review
• Amenable to a full onsite work arrangement

Technical

• Understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, machine learning basics, prompt engineering)
• Ability to interpret AI outputs, diagnose issues, and provide structured feedback
• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Strong documentation skills for use cases, test cases, and process mapping

Business and Management

• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements
• Strong project coordination skills supporting multiple AI pilots or deployments
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret model performance data

Interpersonal

• Strong communication skills; able to explain AI-enabled workflows to non-technical users
• Ability to collaborate effectively with TLs, ATLs, SMEs, and technical teams
• Professional, patient, and supportive when handling adoption challenges

• Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized
• Curious and proactive in learning new technologies
• Adaptable to evolving AI tools and priorities
• Upholds responsible AI principles, confidentiality, and accuracy

Your Daily Tasks

Reporting Relationship

• Reports directly to the Services Manager
• Collaborates with Team Leaders, Core Services departments, and W.E. O'Neil counterparts

AI Use Case Identification & Requirements Gathering

• Identify, assess, and document AI use cases across business functions
• Gather stakeholder requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Translate operational workflows into AI-ready processes

AI Workflow Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Operations to integrate AI into existing workflows
• Support process mapping, optimization, and KPI alignment

Testing, Deployment & User Enablement

• Test, validate, and refine AI model outputs and workflows
• Support deployment readiness, UAT, and rollout activities
• Deliver user training, job aids, demos, and best practices
• Design AI-enabled tools that support self-management and structured documentation

Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring

• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and SOP compliance
• Document findings and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Office-based role, Monday to Friday
• Occasional remote facilitation of training and audits
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
