• Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems and ensures that these systems can run autonomously with minimal amount of deviation
• In charge of the preparation and analysis the monthly financials of the company; leverage these financials and the data behind them to guide the company on its business strategy and decision making in a timely manner
• Ensures that all intercompany transactions and accounts have been properly reconciled and consolidated
• Oversee the entire supply chain cycle for the company and analyze optimal inventory/purchasing levels
• In charge of the preparation and analysis of the budgets of the company; leverage these budgets to recommend business strategy/capital needs for the company in a timely manner
• In charge of analyzing sales metrics and commission incentives, and leveraging that data to ensure that the right metrics are being used and the right commission incentives are in play for the company to meet its targets
• Be a mentor and resource for the Accounting/Finance Department, propose the organizational structure within the department that is adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
• Provide financial analysis as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiation
• Analyze the financial data of the company and leverage that data to present value propositions that can drive the company's future growth
• Other tasks or duties as needed to achieve company objectives

• Strong Excel modeling skills that can help automate financial processes
• highly efficient in database management system languages like SQL
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• In depth know how of inventory accounting and supply chain management
• Knowledgeable about US GAAP and other laws and regulations
• Must be able to mentor and teams and have an understanding of the value of high EQ
