Job summary
Responsible for the achievement of the required sales for Gift Certificates (GC). Ensures all cashiers are properly trained and knowledgeable of standard work procedures.Handles customer-related issues effectively and efficiently.
Takes charge of customer service counter and store facilities including package counters..
Ensures proper scheduling of cashiers; no unnecessary closing of terminals during peak hours.
