    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Has a good understanding of office management and marketing principles, Has strong communication and organization skills, Able to organize events and trade shows, Able to conduct presentations in front of a team or a big audience, Can manage and negotiate with many suppliers, Able to manage budgets as a function of sales performance, Familiar with various Social Media applications and platforms, Can multi-task and meet deadlines, Must be willing to do fieldwork within Metro Manila for events and site visits
    • Preferably Less than 1-year of experience specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Leads the implementation of marketing activities and sales-generating events.

    2. Organizes and hosts presentations and customer events.

    3. Ensures the availability of marketing collaterals (logos, digital/artworks, posters, flyers, e-mail campaigns, etc.) and selling tools.

    4. Keeps accurate inventory and accountability list of all marketing materials and collaterals.

    5. Monitors that all marketing collaterals are within branding guidelines prior to production and deployment to sales teams.

    6. Responsible for all ingress/ egress of exhibits and events.

    7. Regularly checks all activation sites if properly manned and properly maintained. Arranges for the repairs regularly and as necessary.

    8. Addresses daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.

    9. Responsible for processing payments and liquidation to suppliers and of employees pertaining to marketing-related activities.

    10. Assist the MSS in monthly budget monitoring.
