We are currently in search of full-time remote professionals based in the Philippines or Indonesia to become part of our vibrant team.

    About the role:
    A Customer Onboarding Specialist specializing in SaaS, passionate about assisting new customers in adopting our software seamlessly. As a customer champion, your role will involve overseeing the entire onboarding process, actively listening to customer requirements, offering guidance, setting up the system, and delivering thorough training aligned with our company's standards. You'll guide customers from the initial stages to launch, conduct personalized online training sessions, and contribute to creating effective training resources to empower customers in reaching their business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the expert guide throughout the client onboarding process, offering advice on optimal practices and addressing inquiries.
    • Transform customer requirements from pre-sales stages into actionable implementation strategies.
    • Guarantee a positive onboarding experience by supervising well-coordinated and precise solution deployments, encompassing scoping, delivery methods, task ownership, and outputs.
    • Handle project scope, timelines, and potential risks, maintaining clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure a seamless and timely onboarding process and solution implementation for key clients, from initial account setup to training sessions and integration management.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
    • Lead training sessions and project discussions, assessing work plans, risks, actions, and decisions to propel projects to completion and reduce "time to value."
    • Conduct online product training sessions (and on-site when needed) to meet training objectives within specified timelines.
    • Participate in Onboarding team initiatives focused on enhancing existing training materials, product documentation, and instructional content.
    • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to implement enhancements.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably possessing 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and training, specifically within the realm of B2B software/SaaS.
    • A bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or a related field, coupled with practical experience in software implementation and onboarding.
    • Proficient in developing training materials and creating comprehensive documentation.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in English, capable of conveying complex concepts, problems, and solutions clearly and effectively.
    • Firm grasp of project management principles.
    • Demonstrated aptitude in business understanding, adept multitasking skills, and analytical capabilities.
    • Exceptional presentation prowess.
    • Experience in tech startups would be considered advantageous.
