This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Biller - Customer Service Representative at our Bulacan site. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to medical billing, customer service, and insurance claims. The position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate medical terminologies and insurance processes.

• Experience in medical billing and insurance processes
• Knowledge of medical terminologies and ICD-10 coding
• Familiarity with Medicare and insurance claim procedures
• Ability to handle denials and appeals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Medical billing certification is a plus
