    About the Role

    We are looking for a Branding Specialist who can build and grow brands from the ground up. This role combines creative strategy, marketing execution, and AI-driven tools to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

    You will be responsible for shaping how our brand looks, sounds, and connects with the right audience across all channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Branding & Positioning

    • Define brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
    • Build and position private label brands from scratch
    • Align products to the right audience and use cases
    • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

    Social Media & Outreach

    • Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns
    • Create content that drives engagement and leads
    • Identify trends and opportunities to grow visibility

    Advertising & Demand Generation

    • Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, retargeting)
    • Test creatives and audiences to improve ROI and performance
    • Support full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion

    Lifestyle & Creative Direction

    • Create lifestyle-focused content that shows how products are used
    • Guide visuals, videos, and overall creative direction

    Competitive & Market Analysis

    • Research competitors, pricing, and market trends
    • Identify opportunities to improve positioning and strategy

    SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

    • Improve website visibility through content and keyword strategy
    • Optimize pages based on search intent

    AI & Marketing Automation

    • Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and performance
    • Support personalization, content creation, and campaign optimization

    Requirements:

    • Experience in branding, marketing, or growth roles
    • Proven ability to build or grow a brand from the ground up
    • Hands-on experience with social media, paid ads, and SEO
    • Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation
    • Strong creative and analytical skills
