Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift

Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Remote)

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to resolve escalations, handle high‑volume inquiries, process orders, and deliver exceptional service across phone, chat, and email channels. You will provide product information, support order updates, evaluate customer needs, maintain professionalism, contribute to team success, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Answer incoming customer calls and chats across multiple accounts.
Respond to email, voicemail, fax, and phone inquiries with strong customer service quality.
Process new customer orders received through various communication channels.
Strive for first call resolution for all client concerns.
Provide product information and respond to queries regarding existing orders.
Evaluate customer needs and determine the best course of action to resolve issues.
Contribute to incremental sales by offering related or promotional items.
Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
Adapt to changes within the department and uphold high customer service standards.
Meet or exceed Sales and Service Level targets consistently.
Share best practices and participate in team learning.
Perform additional tasks and projects as needed.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably handling multi-channel support.
Experience in billing and invoice processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Tables).
Comfortable handling high-volume email workloads (150+ emails per day) and answering calls.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (audio clip required).
Flexible schedule; amenable to work on holidays and weekends when needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer‑oriented, professional, and collaborative in working with different teams.
