Bachelor's degree in communication, knowledge in finance is plus factorCommunication Skills:

Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and tact.


Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related concerns in line with company policies and procedures

Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively

Technology Proficiency:
Adept knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) for recording transactions and reporting purposes
