Job summary

The Client Excellence Coordinator is responsible for managing and securing payment for ambulance and other services rendered by the ambulance company by coordinating with insurance providers, healthcare facilities, patients and other payor sources.
This role ensures timely and accurate billing, claim submission, and follow-up to maximize revenue and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable / Billing support; Client Communication & Support; Sales Support; Client Intake & Case Management; Administrative Tasks;
  • Email past due clients to collect payments
  • Reschedule failed payments in our system
  • Take payments over the phone
