An AU Bookkeeper is expected to:

. Processing daily transactions for a range of different industries
. Bank reconciliations
. Accounts payable processing
. Accounts receivable processing
. Payroll processing
. Preparation of Activity Statements, Payroll tax and Superannuation
. Setting up and maintenance of client accounting files
. Assistance with preparation of month end management accounts
. Drafting email communication and handling of day to day communication with clients

What it takes to be part of our team:

• Must have AU Bookkeeping experience
• Experienced in Bookkeeping, AP, AR, Payroll, Superannuation, Month-end reporting
• Experienced in using Hubdoc, Dext, Keypay
• Preferably with Xero experience
• Strong communication skills
