    This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, Flexible Shift.

    This is an office-based position in central Cebu City.

    The expected start date is April 2024.

    About The Role

    As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration between the recruitment, human resources, finance, facility, and IT departments. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive employee experience for over 200 team members. The role demands a self-motivated, proactive individual with a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a passion for emerging technologies.

    Responsibilities

    • Integration Management: Oversee the integration and coordination between the recruitment, human resources, finance, facility, and IT departments to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflows, and effective communication.
    • Recruitment: Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement robust talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified professionals.
    • Employee Relations: Partner with the HR department to ensure compliance with labor laws, create and implement HR policies and procedures, and maintain a positive work environment. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
    • Learning and Development: Partner with the learning and development team to identify learning needs, promote upskilling, and drive career progression opportunities - planning the integration, assessing learning needs, designing and delivering upskilling programs, establishing a career progression framework, fostering a learning culture, measuring program effectiveness, and collaborating with stakeholders.
    • Financial Management: Partner with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecast operational costs. Review financial reports, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to optimise operational expenses.
    • Facility and IT Management: Partner with the facility and IT departments to ensure seamless operations, including maintaining a safe and productive work environment, managing office space, equipment, and technology needs, and implementing efficient IT systems and processes.
    • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction. Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting the Company's values. Support employee development programs, recognise achievements, and promote teamwork and collaboration.
    • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the Operations Department to measure departmental and individual performance. Regularly monitor the performance of the Talent and Client Experience Managers and Performance Coaches and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • At least 10+ years' experience in operations management, preferably in the talent outsourcing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment, human resources, finance, facility, and IT processes and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
    • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems to support operations and reporting.
