• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code to develop software applications or systems
• Revise programs prompts or JCL procedures according to the objectives of the program specifications
• Perform code review
• Conduct unit testing
• Log and resolve defects
• Participate in root cause analysis
• Perform system documentation
  
  

• Provide support during systems testing, integrations testing, and implementation.
• Provide production support and do basic troubleshooting
  
  

• Prepare a periodic program status or progress report for the benefit of the development manager and/or the division head.
  
  

• Ensure that signoffs are complete and prepare the requirements for turnover to operations.
  
  

• Graduate of a 4-year college degree in IT, computer science, or other IT-related courses
• Knowledge in COBOL, CICS, JAVA, VB, SQL Programming
