About the Opportunity
GA HR Consultancy, the accredited executive search partner of a nationwide retail organization, is hiring a MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER to drive the execution of trade, retail, and community marketing programs across 100+ stores nationwide.
Our client is a well-established Philippine retail group serving professional technicians, trade partners, and local communities. This DIRECT-HIRE role is based in BGC and plays a key role in turning national marketing strategy into disciplined, measurable, on-ground execution.
The Role
You will be the operational backbone of marketing execution—designing systems, managing budgets, and ensuring flawless rollout of promotions, store activations, and community programs nationwide.
This role is best suited for marketing leaders with strong trade, retail, or FMCG experience who enjoy execution, structure, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead trade marketing programs (promotions, loyalty, discounts, co-marketing).
- Drive nationwide in-store marketing execution across 100+ branches.
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of POS materials and promo assets.
- Manage community and technician engagement programs and events.
- Own marketing operations budgets, ROI tracking, and reporting.
- Build dashboards and improve execution processes.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in marketing operations, trade, or retail marketing.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in multi-branch retail, FMCG, or B2B trade environments.
- Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Willing to conduct store or field visits when needed.
