    Qualifications:

    • BS Accountancy Graduate
    • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
    • Preferably with at least 3-5 years related experience
    • Proficient using the accounting software
    • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Managing GL Team and accountants to ensure timely delivery of financial reports and adherence to quality standards
    2. Compiling financial reports for external and internal stakeholders
    3. Ensuring reports comply with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
    4. Ensure stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors, are provided with information for timely review and ensure appropriate action taken from the feedback received.
    5. Coordinating and managing audits by external auditors and ensuring the audit process runs smoothly.
    6. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
    7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    8. Evaluating, developing and administering accounting systems/new ERP and practices that comply with GAAP, and bank regulatory requirements.
    9. Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization.
    10. And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
