    The Inventory Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and actively participating in inventory taking activities within the company.

    • Oversees and actively participates in inventory taking activities within the company.
    • Prepares and reviews inventory and asset account reconciliation schedules.
    • Handles month-end and year-end closing procedures related to inventory and assets.
    • Generates inventory reports, such as top inventory adjustments and top inventories for the month.
    • Proposes and implements process improvements to the Manager in inventory management.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any four (4)-year business course, with a preference for Accounting.
    • With at least two (2) years of work experience in inventory accounting and fixed asset management.
    • With at least three (3) years of work experience in manufacturing auditing.
    • Must have a demonstrated work experience as an Accounting Supervisor or as an Audit Senior Associate handling manufacturing entities.
    • Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Excel for managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and utilizing advanced formulas.
    • Must have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
    • Must possess a solid understanding of accounting principles.
    • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Canlubang, Laguna.
