THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20%-Conduct research/studies
20%-Prepares Terms of Reference, manual/guidelines, reports, and written communications
15%-Consolidates database of accomplished reports
15%-Processes, analyzes and interprets data
15%-Coordinates and monitors with concerned offices the implementation of related
10% -Attends Inter-Agency Committee (IAC) meetings and
5%-Performs such other functions as may be authorized.





SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


Preferably:
Trainer (NC II Holder, TM I Holder, and NTTC Holder)
.Exceptional skills in written and oral communication
.Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
.Good in networking and linkaging
.Possesses positive work values

.Pleasing personality is a must
.Good Moral Character and work ethics
.Willing to work under pressure
