- Coordination and understand internal department need and to maintain branding image and company identity
- Speed of drawing developing
- Knowledge of construction site and marketing branding languages
- Ensure all drawings, details drawings are clear in terms of specifications
- Coordination with architect/professional engineering team for the drawings' supporting document
- Develop tender for lot drawings for secured lots/areas.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks to be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Ensure monitoring of drawing of each and every outlet is on track based on timeline.
- Experience in handling end to end projects, from design to drafting to execution.
- Skill in the use of 3D Max modelling and rendering, Sketchup and V ray rendering, Enscape, Lumion & AutoCad will be an advantage but not required.
- Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
- Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively, written and orally.
- A minimum of one to two years of relevant experience in interior design or architectural interior for retail establishments
- Has a good eye for details
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Preferably with Project Management experience.
- Skilled in photoshop, adobe illustrator and other related interior design applications.
- Self-motivated and proactive with clear drive delivery.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and has a good understanding in brand identity
