- Analyze, interpret, and provide insights/conclusions on large amounts of transaction and customer/shopper data globally and by marketing area, to communicate impactful recommendations to business leaders.
- Creatively articulate the insights behind the data and help our team iterate category futures.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder needs both effectively and sensitively.
- Own seasonal reporting related tasks including building and launching sell through and seasonal performance reports for all assigned categories.
- Assist ACM & NCD in data organization and validation with skilled knowledge in our i2e tools.
- Partner with Catalyst, Assort and Schematics team to mine assortment data for assigned categories.
- Collect & quantify division feedback and relevant data.
- Generate ad hoc reports to track and analyze project results.
- New and deleted product analytics and support.
- Analyze & create reports on post promotional results.
- Skills, industry knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and/or other programming languages, Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Relevant experience: Business Analyst, Technical support
- Education degree, course, certification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any course related to IT, Marketing and Business Management.
- Skills, industry knowledge: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, Strong Analytical skills
- Relevant experience: 2 years minimum
