Qualifications & experience

- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry, and preferably across a product range of all or any of NBN, Hosted Voice, Mobile and Teams Calling.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting connectivity issues, hardware configurations, and basic network setups.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility in schedule in allowing us to respond quickly to customer needs and ensures that we can maintain our high standards of service; Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule as needed (ie afterhours and weekends)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers primarily via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues, equipment problems, and other related technical inquiries.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the company's CRM System
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
