    Customer Service Representative

     

    As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via various channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create sales orders received through the Customer Care channels
    • Support commercial initiatives by promoting new products, encouraging self-service channel usage, and reinforcing campaigns
    • Assist customers in monitoring their accounts, deliveries, and sales order status while maintaining high ethical and integrity standards in all internal and external dealings
    • Attend customer complaints, requests, and feedback to ensure proper resolution
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with expediency
    • Provide timely resolutions to inquiries, requests, or commendations assigned to the Customer Service Team
    • Prepare reports needed by internal stakeholders for data visibility under order management
    • Maintain assigned systems, tools, and equipment in good working condition
    • Participate in team efforts to promote a positive working environment for effective teamwork

     

    Requirements:

    • College graduate preferably with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
    • At least one year of experience handling customers
    • Preferably experienced in selling and/or order-to-cash process

     

    Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
