- Payroll Management - End-to-end Payroll Processing (From Payroll Inclusion/Exclusion Report Preparation to Approval of payroll reports). Maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Timekeeping and carry out payroll data reconciliations.
- Monthly Statutory Benefits & Remittance Administration – Reporting, Filing and Payment to Government Agencies related to Statutory Mandated Benefits.
- Monthly Tax Advice and 1601C preparation.
- Benefits Management - Employees Insurance Management - Hospitalization and Group Life and Staff Welfare of Employees.
- Leave Management Reporting and Monitoring.
- Monthly Reports preparation related to Payroll (Journal Entry, Payroll Headcount). Submission to Finance.
- Provide administrative support for the P&C Manager and other stakeholders. Other duties as assigned.
- BS Psychology/ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits; end to end payroll management, finance reporting related to payroll tax, and statutory remittances that includes reporting, filing, and online payment.
- Must be analytical, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and has the ability to meet deadlines.
- Candidate must have the ability to handle tasks with utmost confidentiality.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
