    We're searching for HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS

    What we seek to accomplish together:

    1. Payroll Management - End-to-end Payroll Processing (From Payroll Inclusion/Exclusion Report Preparation to Approval of payroll reports). Maintaining accurate payroll records.
    2. Timekeeping and carry out payroll data reconciliations.
    3. Monthly Statutory Benefits & Remittance Administration – Reporting, Filing and Payment to Government Agencies related to Statutory Mandated Benefits.
    4. Monthly Tax Advice and 1601C preparation.
    5. Benefits Management - Employees Insurance Management - Hospitalization and Group Life and Staff Welfare of Employees.
    6. Leave Management Reporting and Monitoring.
    7. Monthly Reports preparation related to Payroll (Journal Entry, Payroll Headcount). Submission to Finance.
    8. Provide administrative support for the P&C Manager and other stakeholders. Other duties as assigned.

    A little about you:

    • BS Psychology/ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits; end to end payroll management, finance reporting related to payroll tax, and statutory remittances that includes reporting, filing, and online payment.
    • Must be analytical, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and has the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Candidate must have the ability to handle tasks with utmost confidentiality.
    • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good communication skills.
