    JOB SUMMARY

    The HR Director will lead and oversee all human resource functions within a fast-paced IT organization and will report directly to the Vice President for HR and Admin. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving talent acquisition for technical roles, strengthening organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and building scalable people processes to support growth.

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in IT/technology environments and strategic HR leadership.

    JOD RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Strategic HR Leadership

    • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
    • Design scalable HR frameworks to support rapid growth in technology teams.
    • Lead change management initiatives during business transformation.

    2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies for IT roles (developers, engineers, architects, DevOps, QA, product teams).
    • Build employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent.
    • Develop workforce forecasting and succession planning models.
    • Optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).

    3. Performance Management & Development

    • Design performance management systems aligned with OKRs/KPIs.
    • Implement leadership development programs.
    • Establish career pathing frameworks for technical and managerial tracks.
    • Oversee learning & development programs for technical and soft skills.

    4. Compensation & Benefits

    • Design competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks in the IT industry.
    • Oversee salary reviews, incentive plans, and ESOP programs (if applicable).
    • Ensure internal equity and compliance with labor regulations.

    5. Employee Engagement & Culture

    • Promote a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
    • Develop employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
    • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
    • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

    6. HR Operations & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
    • Oversee payroll, HRIS systems, policies, and documentation.
    • Establish HR policies aligned with industry best practices.
    • Monitor HR analytics and reporting dashboards for decision-making.

    7. Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead and mentor the HR team.
    • Build capability within HR business partners and HR operations teams.
    • Manage HR budgets effectively.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven experience in the IT/technology industry or handling multiple regions.
    • Experience as a country director is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of technical talent acquisition and retention strategies.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
    • Experience with HR analytics and HRIS platforms.
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
