- Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, and PDEA regulations.
- Dispense and review prescriptions accurately and safely.
- Provide professional advice and counseling to customers regarding proper medication use, side effects, and health promotion.
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring of stocks to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Implement and monitor compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government regulatory agencies.
- Conduct staff training and development to improve service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and execute operational plans to meet company goals.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the pharmacy area.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Licensed Registered Pharmacist (PRC license holder).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy laws, FDA, DOH, and PDEA requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in computer systems and pharmacy POS applications.
- Willing to work on weekends or holidays as necessary.
