The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for KGO Enterprises' office and school supply lines. This role focuses first on achieving defined job outcomes—such as sales targets and client retention—and then manages the tasks and team necessary to reach those goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develops annual sales strategies to increase the distribution of core products like certificate holders and whiteboards across school and office sectors.
- Monitors 100% compliance of sales reports to ensure accurate tracking of inventory movement and revenue collection within standard timeframes.
- Conducts regular market canvassing to identify competitor pricing and emerging trends in the school supplies retail industry.
- Oversees the sales team recruitment to ensure a high-performing staff is in place to meet customer service standards.
- Coordinates with Production to provide accurate customer feedback and demand forecasts for customized items.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):
- 90% timely processing of client orders and inquiries within the standard 24-hour window.
- 100% compliance with monthly sales targets and collection goals for retail partners.
- 90% positive result in quarterly Customer Feedback surveys.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an Accounting field (to assist with pricing and financial targets).
- Minimum 3–5 years in sales management, specifically in distribution or retail.
- Level 4 (Expert) Sales strategy. Recognized authority who can provide guidance and troubleshoot complex sales negotiations or market downturns.
- Level 3 (Advanced) market analysis. Able to perform market research and competitor canvassing without assistance; serves as the "person to ask" for market trends.
- Level 3 (Advanced) Team Management. Successfully leads and manages the sales staff, applying leadership theory to improve team frequency and performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
