    Summary:

    The Account Manager/Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients with recruitment requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment and will be able to showcase the importance of our new AI-based recruitment platform. The Account Manager will also work with the product development team to provide feedback and actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

    Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with clients to understand their recruitment needs
    • Showcase the importance of our AI-based recruitment platform
    • Provide customer feedback to the product development team
    • Participate in UATs for the product development
    • Develop and maintain relationships with the clients
    • Meet or exceed sales goals
    • Management of customer queries - through chat and calls
    • Business development skill set
    • Multitasker, natural tendency to find resolutions towards any situation

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development offering HR services and/or solutions, ideally with recruitment
    • Excellent presentation, organizational, negotiation, verbal and oral communication skills
    • Preferably with an established active network of connections in the Information Technology and Business Process Management sector.
