Manage reports for checks and check vouchers. Monitor collections accounts and provide advice to tenants. Release check payments to suppliers and contractors.
- Promptly depositing daily reports for all collections.
- Ensuring proper reconciliation of collections accounts providing advice to tenants the Billing Department when checks are bounced.
