- Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce, major in Accounting
- 2–3 years of experience at Senior level within a reputable Philippine audit firm
- Big Four experience preferred
- Proven end-to-end external audit experience, including planning, risk assessment, test of controls, substantive procedures, and completion
- Experience auditing listed and non-listed entities across regulated sectors (mining, oil & gas, retail, manufacturing, technology, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge and practical application of Australian Accounting Standards, Australian Auditing Standards, and the Corporations Act
- Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate audit documentation, working papers, and reports with strong attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills when engaging with clients and audit teams
- Strong analytical thinking, professional judgment, and ability to work independently within structured audit engagements
- CPA commenced or completed (advantageous)
- Complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings of significant and complex audit areas
- Identify and address technical accounting and audit issues
- Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and prepare management reports and opinions
- Conduct multiple audit engagements concurrently with various team members
- Assist in managing and coordinating the audit team, including training, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with audit methodologies
