Job summary
Assist the Product and Manpower Trainer (Training Manager) in conducting training sessions workshops and seminars Co-facilitate group activities and discussions ensuring participant engagement Provide one-on-one support to trainees addressing questions and clarifying concepts Content Preparation Assist in developing updating organizing training materials including presentations handouts digital resources Ensure training resources are accessible up-to-date Suggest improvements based on feedback emerging trends Logistics Coordination Schedule training sessions coordinate with relevant departments Prepare training venues setting up equipment materials Monitor attendance maintain training records Evaluation Feedback Administer safekeeping computation of grades of trainees Administer training evaluations compile feedback for review Analyze participant feedback identify areas for improvement Provide reports summaries to Product Manpower Trainer Training Manager management Administrative Duties Maintain calendars communicate schedules participants Support administrative tasks email communication record-keeping Assist managing Learning Management System if applicable Other Tasks Clerical administrative duties delivery organizational development programs Perform other duties assigned by Product Manpower Trainer Training Manager
