The Clinical Educator is responsible for delivering the agreed Education & Development Strategy for our Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)

    The Expiration Advisor's responsibilities include monitoring and managing healthcare professionals' credential expiration dates, ensuring the Credentialing Management System is current, collaborating with internal teams to maintain compliance. Will proactively collect renewal documentation, provide timely reminders and assistance to healthcare professionals, prepare compliance reports, address out of compliance issues, assist with Joint Commission standards maintenance, and ensure prompt updates of immigration and I9 documentation.

    Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:

    • Monitor and manage the expiration dates of healthcare professionals' credentials, including licenses, certifications, and relevant contractual requirements.
    • Ensure Credentialing Management System stays up-to-date with all of healthcare professionals' credentials.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Proactively communicate with healthcare professionals to collect necessary documentation for renewal purposes.
    • Provide timely reminders and assistance in getting required item(s) to healthcare professionals regarding upcoming credential expirations.
    • Prepare reports and updates on credentialing compliance for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Address and resolve issues related to credentialing, working closely with the HR, Licensing and Credentialing, Engagement Managers, and Client Engagement Team.
    • Help the department maintain Joint Commission standards through weekly audits of active files and maintenance of healthcare provider credentials.
    • Ensures timely follow-up and updates on immigration documentation, while also maintaining up-to-date I9 documentation.

    Required Education and Experience

    • High Diploma or higher education
    • Proven experience in healthcare credentialing or a similar role within the healthcare staffing industry.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in credential tracking and documentation.
    • Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and industry standards.
    • Proficiency in using credential management software and databases.

    Technical Knowledge:
