What You'll Do

• Develop and execute innovative public relations strategies to bolster our presence within the Philippines and key international markets, including the US, Europe, and Australia.
• Craft compelling narratives and pitches that resonate with media outlets and secure coverage in industry-relevant publications and platforms.
• Spearhead initiatives to secure media coverage and manage media relations, ensuring consistent and favorable visibility for our brand in partnership with key media outlets.
• Proactively seek opportunities to position the company and its executives for thought leadership, including speaking engagements, panel discussions, and article contributions.
• Foster strong relationships with media partners to generate opportunities for company mentions and features.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests, while building relationships with industry journalists.
• Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
• Act as a senior advisor on PR matters, contributing to the strategic direction of our communications efforts and mentoring junior PR staff.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a PR role with a track record of success, preferably within the B2B or staffing industry.
• Established network of media contacts in the Philippines and international markets.
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and thought leadership content.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
