Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team at a leading company in the technology and gaming industry. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating visually compelling multimedia collateral and is skilled in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a knack for delivering creative solutions that resonate with our target audience.

Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Taiwan time)

Candidates are strongly encouraged to submit a sample portfolio along with their application. This portfolio should highlight your design capabilities and include a diverse range of multimedia collateral. Showcasing your ability to produce creative and impactful visual content will be a critical component of the application process.

Responsibilities

Design and Development: Conceptualize and create a wide range of multimedia visual collateral, including presentations, factsheets, posters, banners, brochures, website graphics, social media tiles, infographics, and more, ensuring they align with the company's brand identity.
Brand Consistency: Uphold and maintain brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints and channels, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience for our audience.
Preparation and Finalization: Prepare and refine files, images, videos, and photos to ensure they are of the highest quality and client ready.
Deadline Management: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to ensure timely completion of all design projects.
File Management: Organize and manage in-house design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
Collaboration: Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their design requirements, developing graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.
Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, technology, and gaming, incorporating new ideas and technologies into design projects to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases a broad range of visual design work, including multimedia collateral.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
Experience with video editing is preferred, showcasing the ability to bring static designs to life through motion.
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across various media.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Prior experience working in the technology or gaming industry is highly desirable.
