    TRAINING SPECIALIST II


    Division/Program : HRMDD - LDS

    Salary Grade : SG 15 (Php 36,619.00)

    Place of Assignment : Field Office VII, Cebu City

    CSC Minimum Qualification Standards:

    Education : Bachelor's Degree

    Training : 4 hrs of relevant training

    Experience : 1 year relevant experience

    Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) / Second Level

    Education : Bachelor's degree preferably Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Management

    Experience : 1 year relevant experience

    Eligibility : 1 year of relevant experience specially in conducting training, Conducting TNA

    Primary Tasks

    1. Facilitates the delivery of human resource services
    2. Foster partnership and linkages with GO, NGO's LGUs, PO's Academe and other civic organizations relative to human resource activities/programs and services.
    3. Conduct TNA of internal staff and capability building activities including orientation for employees
    4. Implements activities to ensure the transfer of training into job performance.
    5. Implements activities to develop and sustain organizational values and work ethics
    6. Creates data based information in the human resource system
    7. Performs other related tasks.
