Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Planner (Malvar, Batangas).

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Planner is responsible for the over-all efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing plants through the implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Plan for all manufacturing equipment.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads in the implementation of the Maintenance methodology and foundations towards Zero Breakdown Concept on use of SAP-PM as system tools on Asset and Job order management.
• Sets and establishes Planned Maintenance and enrollment of Spare Parts for inventory (BOM).
• Create work breakdown structure on all assets in the Computerized maintenance management system or SAP-PM
• Improves the PM Plan of all manufacturing equipment by making the root cause analysis on recurring downtime.
• Establishes the monitoring systems and procedures on the plant PM and control of operational budget related to maintenance.
• Monitors and analyzes conducted PM if within the time frame as scheduled.
• Ensures that resources are available for the Planned PM.
• Provides necessary support on all plants major repairs and emergency maintenance works.
• Recommends the need for machine PM plan schedule.
• Identifies training needs and conducts in-house training programs related to SAP proficiency whenever necessary.
• Updates and reviews SAP accounts of all plant users related to maintenance.
• Informs the Maintenance Manager on all matters affecting operations and maintenance works.
• Pursue personal knowledge enhancement according to new technology and business requirement.
• Promotes the use of learning tools like Breakdown Analysis (BDA), One Point Lesson (OPL) and be a subject matter Expert in any technical subject in his area of responsibility (SME)
• Share his knowledge on maintaining equipment and basic technique to production operators in order to eliminate force deterioration of machines.
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior from time to time.

What are the Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering-related program
• Has three (3) years of relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable in SAP
• Knowledgeable in planned maintenance
• Knowledgeable in plant safety and working in hazardous environment
• Analytical and good in decision-making
