- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
