Job summary
Ensure brokers are provided with the highest level of service thru chat and phone within guidelines Handle brokers enquiries relating to mortgage products via phone email and written correspondence Ensure all related functions completed accurately and within SLA Liaise with various departments and stakeholders as necessary to resolve issues by utilizing applicable tools systems channels

Responsibilities
- Ensure brokers are provided with the highest level of service thru chat and phone within guidelines
- Handle brokers enquiries relating to mortgage products via phone email and written correspondence
- Ensure all related functions completed accurately and within SLA
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Excellent verbal
- & written English communication skills
