Job Overview:
Work in a fun, vibrant and tech-driven coffee chain outlet as our Barista.

This job requires you to create quality beverage and food, provide excellent customer service experience to all customers by providing prompt service and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently prepare and serve quality hot and cold drinks to all customers such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Communicates information to outlet supervisor or manager so the team can respond as necessary during each shift.
• Delivers excellent customer service experience to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Discovers and responds to customer needs on time.
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace so the team can locate resources and products easily whenever needed.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products at all times.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Qualifications:
> Bachelors degree or college level in Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Marketing, Food and Beverage Services and other related courses.> At least 1 year experience as Barista. Fresh graduates interested to pursue a career in the coffee chain management industry are also welcome to apply.

We are need of Barista for Marikina, Vertis North, Katipunan, Fairview, SM Makati, SM Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Cainta, Espana and Taft Avenue.
