- Service Delivery – Develop local service strategies, handle customer complaints, and establish delivery & escalation processes.
- Customer Management – Drive customer satisfaction, build strong relationships with clinical customers and biomedical engineers.
- Business Management – Achieve service revenue targets, optimize revenue mix, and manage expenses & compliance.
- Channel Development – Plan and empower channel service teams, build diversified service channels.
- Team Leadership – Enhance team efficiency, develop technical and professional skills of team members.
- Sales & Marketing Synergy – Collaborate with sales to support major projects and business growth.
- Must-have: Proven experience managing a field service engineer team within a manufacturer (brand) company
- Preferred: Background in IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) or medical devices such as patient monitors, ultrasound, or life support products.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under dual reporting lines.
