    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    The Team Leader (Revenue Cycle exp) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the team. The role's responsibilities will encompass driving productivity, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

    • Drive the team's performance including but not limited to productivity, quality, and attendance.
    • Conduct regular audits of the team members to ensure adherence to workflows and overall client success.
    • Identify opportunities that are related to performance deficiencies both on an individual level and team level.
    • Ensure SOPs are implemented through strict enforcement.
    • Set clear and proper objectives to team members to ensure that the team's goals are met their performance and career goals that roadblocks and issues are addressed in a timely manner meeting the needs of its clients and team members.
    • Liaise necessary information to both the management and team members.
    • Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to support them in achieving

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their performance and facilitate career growth.
    • Knowledgeable with medical billing practices and processes, with the ability to navigate complex billing scenarios effectively.
    • Familiarity with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and guidelines, along with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of protected health information (PHI).
    • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
    • Familiarity with Google Suite tools such as Google Drive and Sheets for collaborative document management and data analysis.

    Work Location: On-site (Bajada, Davao)

    Work Schedule: 9pm-6am, Mon-Friday (Philippine Time)
