    (1) Telemarketing Supervisor
    Ø Prepares policies and standard operating procedures of the division

    Ø Reviews and recommends changes in policies to improve operations.

    Ø Ensures that standard operating procedures are implemented properly

    Ø Supervises the processing of sales booking solicited from sales personnel and customers.

    Ø Train and update team members on the company's products, services and promotional deals.

    Ø Monitor continuous business transactions of existing customers

    Ø In charge of renewing dormant customers

    Ø Develop and manage maintained customer database.

    Ø Assists in negotiating sales transactions of telemarketing staffs.

    Ø Supports sales department in achieving monthly sales quota.

    Ø Highest point of escalation for all critical customer issues and ensuring that appropriate solution will be provided.

    Ø Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and recommendations to the CSOO

    Ø Coordinate with other department as when necessary to carry out tasks and responsibilities.

    Ø Ensures operational efficiency and profitability of the division

    Should be residing at QUEZON CITY


    Job Types:
    Full-time, Permanent


    Schedule:
    8 hour shift
    Day shift
    Monday to Friday

    Supplemental pay types:
    13th month salary
