- Chemistry background: Graduate in Chemical or Biotechnical Science; Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technician, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in chemical regulatory affairs, expert consulting, outsourced SDS authoring, or related field.
- Broad global domain expertise in chemicals and product regulatory compliance, operations, and processes.
- Knowledge of related EHS applications and extensive experience in consulting related activities.
- Knowledge of chemical compounds, families, or other chemicals products.
- Experience in providing guidance on understanding regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with SDS requirements and classification systems in the EU or US.
- Knowledge of global chemical management (incl. EU REACH/CLP, US HazCom, TSCA, other regions chemicals regulatory framework, etc.).
- Practical experience and familiarity with various global regulatory compliance concerns throughout the chemical product life cycle.
- Proven experience in setting objectives based on company direction, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Possess a strong background in working with information management systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Work closely with the Research and Content team for coordinating efforts with their network of experts.
- Support working with third-party organizations and partners including our independent contractor network.
- Participate as an expert for sales inquiries and projects, providing responses and contributing as necessary where expertise is required.
- Contribute and participate in customer meetings related to projects and the services we provide our customers as necessary.
- Utilize SME JIRA board for internal support activities and encourage use by all active parties.
- Support the development of tools and processes that drive the reuse of past work, to build a shelf of knowledge and expertise.
- Support the preparation of SOWs (Scope of Work) and responses to customer proposals with details outlining our approach.
- Participate in periodic expert training sessions to share knowledge and support the continued growth of regulatory expertise within the group.
- Provide visibility for key business functions. i.e., project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide regular reports and updates for management.
- Support the reporting of service performance metrics with our Business Operations team.
