    Schedule: Night shift

    Qualifications:

    • Chemistry background: Graduate in Chemical or Biotechnical Science; Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technician, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in chemical regulatory affairs, expert consulting, outsourced SDS authoring, or related field.
    • Broad global domain expertise in chemicals and product regulatory compliance, operations, and processes.
    • Knowledge of related EHS applications and extensive experience in consulting related activities.
    • Knowledge of chemical compounds, families, or other chemicals products.
    • Experience in providing guidance on understanding regulatory requirements.
    • Familiarity with SDS requirements and classification systems in the EU or US.
    • Knowledge of global chemical management (incl. EU REACH/CLP, US HazCom, TSCA, other regions chemicals regulatory framework, etc.).
    • Practical experience and familiarity with various global regulatory compliance concerns throughout the chemical product life cycle.
    • Proven experience in setting objectives based on company direction, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
    • Possess a strong background in working with information management systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent analytical, deductive reasoning and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Experience working in project-oriented environments.
    • Strong teamwork and customer relationship skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and capability to self-manage competing priorities and problems.
    • Creative thinking abilities for anticipating challenges as well as generating solutions for problems.
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
    • Fluency in multiple languages preferred.
    • Practical experience and familiarity with various global business cultures.

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership

    • Fully support our strategy for expert services including productized services, marketability, and notification related activities.
    • Support the innovation of the development of new processes to support new topics prominent to our industry or requested by our customers.
    • Work closely with other Delivered Service members on customer projects to support their success as necessary.
    • Work together with Delivered Service colleagues to drive and coordinate efficient processes for expert services.
    • Support the use of tools and processes by the team including related JIRA boards.
    • Support automation related activities including approaches like RPA (Robotic Processing Automation).
    • Support and contribute to company vision.
    • Foster a positive working environment.

    Regulatory

    • Remain aware of the latest major global chemical regulatory updates.
    • Attend regular workshops and seminars to ensure the company remains a leader in chemical regulatory compliance.
    • Frequently represent the company as speaker, panelist, contributor, etc. on key regulatory related topics.
    • Participate in an environment that supports continuous learning.

    Expert Services

    • Fully support oversight of all expert services related tickets and activities.
    • Work closely with Delivery Managers to ensure customer requests are being addressed.
    • Confirm capacity requirements of various resources and work with Delivery Managers to convey acceptable response timelines with customers.
    • Track and collect hours and ensure proper follow-up and customer billing with Delivery Managers.
    • Work closely with the Research and Content team for coordinating efforts with their network of experts.
    • Support working with third-party organizations and partners including our independent contractor network.
    • Participate as an expert for sales inquiries and projects, providing responses and contributing as necessary where expertise is required.
    • Contribute and participate in customer meetings related to projects and the services we provide our customers as necessary.
    • Utilize SME JIRA board for internal support activities and encourage use by all active parties.
    • Support the development of tools and processes that drive the reuse of past work, to build a shelf of knowledge and expertise.
    • Support the preparation of SOWs (Scope of Work) and responses to customer proposals with details outlining our approach.
    • Participate in periodic expert training sessions to share knowledge and support the continued growth of regulatory expertise within the group.

    Reporting

    • Provide visibility for key business functions. i.e., project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
    • Provide regular reports and updates for management.
    • Support the reporting of service performance metrics with our Business Operations team.

    Other

    • Maintain an environment that supports continuous revenue growth.
    • Help prepare metrics and requests to correlate business demands with resource requirements.
    • Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual performance plan.
    • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
