    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

    As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's needs.


    Responsibilities:

    • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, starting from crafting compelling job advertisements and posting them across various platforms to screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, endorsing suitable candidates to clients, facilitating interviews, and preparing job contracts.

    Collaboration and Alignment:

    Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to deeply understand hiring profiles and requirements, ensuring alignment between recruitment efforts and organizational objectives.


    Proactive Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and techniques to proactively identify and attract qualified candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.


    Candidate Experience:
    Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment to ensure a positive and consistent applicant experience. Implement strategies to enhance the overall candidate journey and reflect positively on our employer brand.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
    • In-depth understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
