    Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in sales support? We're looking for a Sales Staff member to join our team This role involves processing sales documents, encoding orders, and checking quotations to ensure accurate and efficient service for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the sales team in preparing accurate quotations for clients
    • Encode sales orders, quotations, and client details into the system
    • Review and verify pricing, discounts, and product details on quotations
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
    • Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, accounting) to ensure order fulfillment
    • Maintain and update client records and sales databases
    • Support general administrative tasks related to sales operations

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, encoding, or administrative support
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry systems
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Experience in quotation preparation or checking is a strong advantage

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
