- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development
- Knowledgeable in Pega Platform Architecture and design principles, as well as Pega integration patterns.
- Nice-to-have: Pega Certification, preferably Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum/DevOps projects
- Good communicator (written and verbal)
