Job descriptionWe are looking for a virtual assistant who can create and manage paid ads campaigns and design graphics for our home improvement business.

You will work remotely and report to the marketing manager.


Responsibilities:
Create and run paid ads campaigns on various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.

Monitor and optimize the performance of the ads campaigns, using analytics tools and best practicesDesign graphics for the ads campaigns, as well as for the website, social media, and other marketing materialsEnsure the graphics are consistent with the brand identity and the industry standardsCommunicate with the marketing manager and other team members regularly and provide updates and reports on the ads campaigns and the graphicsRequirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in the construction or home improvement industryExperience in creating and managing paid ads campaigns on various platformsExperience in graphic design, using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry and its target audienceExcellent communication and writing skills
