    Job Summary:
    As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, they will play a key role in growing the client's company. They will handle incoming leads and help generate new business opportunities. This involves understanding potential clients' needs and introducing them to the sales team.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Respond to incoming leads and find out what they need, guiding them to the next steps.
    • Help create new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
    • Schedule meetings for the sales team.
    • Keep track of all interactions (sales activities, opportunities, and account information) with potential clients in their customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Represent the company's values and mission positively.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and quick to learn.
    • Hyper-organized and good at managing several tasks at once.
    • While not required, a background in healthcare is a plus. Most importantly, you should be able to learn and explain their products and services quickly.
    • A team player.
