    Job Qualifications:

    • Graduate with a bachelor's degree in a medical-related course.
    • Preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience in handling clinic and admin operations.
    • Licensed Nurse is an advantage.
    • Knowledgeable with clinical practice or best practice guidelines.
    • Proficient in Google Suites.
    • Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
    • Willing to work in Makati City.

    Job Description:

    The Clinic Operations supervisor supports the doctors and clinical staff in the delivery of health care by performing operational oversight responsibilities, as well as assisting in patient management.

    Oversight of Clinical Operations

    1. Coordinates all administrative (back office) clinical functions
    2. Assists in the development, review, and revision of standard operating policies and procedures in collaboration with senior management.
    3. Ensures maintenance of vital staff certifications and licensing requirements.
    4. Performs administrative functions as needed, which can include answering and triaging telephone calls for patient care matters, functioning as a liaison between doctors, patients and staff, patient record management, and assisting with and functioning as a liaison to front office functions.
    5. Monitors Clinic expenses including pharmacy and medical supplies, in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
    6. Works collaboratively with the management team, staff and doctors in the clinical practices, as well as related departments throughout the organization.
    7. Function as key point person in setup and implementation of new procedures, workflows, equipment, as needed or requested
    8. Supervises administrative support activities like facilities management, pharmacy, quality management and risk management.
    9. Support CRM responsibilities for VSRC.
