Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Manila. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the shop's products and services to provide personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English
- Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, social media platforms, and order management systems
- Interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate order processing
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage
- Knowledge or interest in floral products and arrangements is a plus
